The Competition will run through 4 stages;

â— In stage 1, contestants are to solicit votes from fans,
friends, and family to be able to proceed to the next stage. <br><br>

required to proceed to stage 2. <br><br>
â— Only those who get to the required vote target will proceed
to stage 2.

â— You must be eligible to take part in the Competition. Read

â— Upload a picture of the child to our website.<br><br>
â— Please read the terms and conditions on our website.<br><br>
â— Registering for the Competition agrees to be bound by these
terms.<br><br>
â— Ensure all the information provided during the registration
process is correct, as filling in false information will lead to
disqualification.<br><br>
â— Submit all entries needed at any competition stage within
the stipulated period. The Organization has the right to
disqualify any contestant based on late submission.<br><br>
â— The Organization has the right to verify the accuracy of any
contestant's entry details. And to disqualify any contestant
found defaulting irrespective of the Competition's stage.<br><br>
â— The Organization's failure to stand on any of its rights does
not mean it has waived these rights.<br><br>
â— The Organization only accepts images that the Contestant
has full rights to use. Violation of intellectual property and
other rights is prohibited.<br><br>
â— The Organization has the full right to use the images and
data submitted by the Contestant for Two (2) years for
media publication and marketing. Contestants accept that
entry into the Competition gives the Organization the right
to do so. <br><br>

<p class="heada">Our Selection Process.</p>
â— We use a 3-stage voting process, in which voting stage 1
ends after stage 1 of the Competition ends, voting stage
two ends after stage 2 ends, and voting stage three brings
the Competition to an end. <br><br>
â— The voting process will involve online voting for the chosen
child, and each vote will cost N50(Fifty Naira) per vote. <br><br>
â— Cast all votes on our website. Those who qualify for the next
stage and the various winners will be selected solely based
on the number of votes. <br><br>
<p class="heada">Here's How We Select Our Winners:</p>
<p class="heada2">Stage 1:</p>
â— In this stage, We require all contestants to mobilize at least
300 votes at 50 Naira per vote and qualify for the second
stage. <br>
<p class="heada2">Stage 2:</p>
â— In this stage, the contestants must mobilize at least 300
votes, at 50 Naira per vote, to qualify for the final stage. <br>
<p class="heada2">Stage 3:</p>
â— This is the final stage of the Competition. It is where the
contestants will mobilize an unlimited number of votes at 50
Naira per vote, with the Contestant having the highest
vote becoming the winner. <br><br><br>

â— After the final stage, the top contestants with the most votes
will be announced as the Glitz Contest winners. <br><br>
â— First Place: One Million Naira (N1,000,000)<br><br>
â— Second Place: Three hundred Thousand (N300, 0000)<br><br>
â— Third Place: Two hundred Thousand (N200, 000), and other consolation prizes. <br><br>
â— The decision of our Judge is based on casted votes. And
their decision is final. <br><br>
â— The winners must meet all the Competition's requirements
before they are declared the winners.<br><br>
â— WE WILL NOTIFY EACH SELECTED CONTESTANT BY PHONE
CALL, EMAIL, OR WHATSAPP AT LEAST 24hours to the Grand
Finale.<br><br>
â— Each Contestant can vote for themselves and be voted for as
many times as possible.<br><br>
â— We will show you, using statistical tools, the top-performing
contestants and the leaders' board.<br><br>
â— The Organization reserves the right, but not the obligation,
to screen, filter, or monitor information provided by entrants
and removes the same.<br><br>
â— Upon notification, selected contestants must respond by Our
Email within two (2) business days of such notification.
<p class="heada2">Governing Law</p>
â— The Competition Rules are subject to change without notice
to comply with applicable laws. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and
enforceability of the Competition Rules or the rights and
obligations between the Entrant and the Organization in
connection with the Competition shall be governed by and
construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

â— First Place: One Million Naira (N1,000,000)<br><br>
â— Second Place: Three hundred Thousand (N300, 000) <br><br>

â— And other consolation prizes.<br><br>
â— The Glitz Contest will award the winners online.<br><br>
◠The prizes are non–transferable.<br><br>
â— All decisions taken by the judges are final.<br><br>
â— Prizes not redeemed after 90 days of getting notified<br><br>
officially will be forfeited. Official notification means an Email
or a Telephone call put across to the Contestant on the email
address or the phone number provided.<br><br>
â— The use of the prizes awarded to winners is at the risk and
expense of the winners. Winners cannot hold the
Organization liable for the use of prizes.<br><br>
â— If the prize is not available despite the reasonable endeavors
to secure it, the Organization has the right to substitute
prizes of equal value.<br><br>
â— The Contestant is bound by the terms and conditions of the
Glitz contest by participating in the Competition.<br><br>
â— Awards and prizes are only for those deserving of them, and
the Competition's Judges shall determine who is.<br><br>
â— The Organization will process all awards and prizes within
30-working days.<br><br>
â— There shall be no refund of any amount of money paid to the
Organization during the Competition.<br><br>
